As a member of the chapter services team, the directors of chapter services is critical in ensuring overall health and consistent development of the collegiate chapters within the region. The Director of Chapter Services works very closely with the Field Consultants, campus staff, chapter leadership and assigned volunteer support teams to ensure that chapters are exceeding in all areas of chapter mechanics and adherence to Fraternity and campus policies. I also provided specialized guidance and assistance to new chapters and the staff or volunteers who worked closely with the newest chapters of the organization.

The New Chapter Development Coordinator works exclusively with collegiate chapters in their first five years. She oversees the development of all areas mechanics and chapter functioning to ensure a strong foundation is created within the membership from the very beginning. She works hand in hand with the stationary Field Consultant and assigned volunteers who assist the chapter.

Held a long term substitute teacher position where I was responsible for creating lesson plans, conducting lessons, and managed grading for high school math classes.

Using independent judgment, and working without immediate supervision, the field consultant provides consultation and advice to collegiate chapters to provide effective chapter management, including public relations, educational programs, administrative operations, and recruitment and retention. The field consultant facilitates new initiatives with chapters and serves as a catalyst for change.In my position specifically, I opened two new chapters of Tri Delta in Dallas, TX and Meadville, PA. This project focused on recruiting interest and new members, training, networking, public relations and event planning.
