I am a recent graduate from the Haskayne School of Business, having completed a Bachelor of Commerce Degree. Throughout my academics, I have sought to understand the behind-the-scenes of organizations, how departments interact, and how the operations of a company tie into a greater common goal. I am excited by conversations that address sustainable and ethical business practices and delivering value to people facing hardship. I am proud to be a team captain and varsity athlete on the Dino's Rowing team. My hard work and dedication to my training has allowed me to compete internationally at some of the most prestigious regattas. My role gives me an opportunity to lead by example, exemplify commitment, and show a positive attitude. I embrace my responsibility to mentor, answer questions, give encouragement, or train alongside novice athletes for support. Balancing 6-10 practices a week with my academics, work, and other hobbies has taught me valuable time management skills. Professionally, I bring a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to learn in every work environment. My coachability allows me to be highly receptive to feedback and I demonstrate an eagerness to improve. Through my past work experience, I have developed skills that allow me to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. I have good intuition when it comes to anticipating and addressing the needs of others, whether they be customers, a teammate, or supervisor. I have honed my communication skills in a way that allows me to approach each conversation confidently and account for the needs of others. I am never one to turn down extra projects or opportunities, and I actively seek out ways to expand my roles and involvement within a team or organization.
