Evening and weekend CS Team Lead for online ordering. Trained by BN.com to perform all functions to support online ordering process, i.e., software training, ordering/website knowledge, returns, warehouse/distribution policies. Worked in state-of-the-art call center and effectively assisted customer service reps and customers with daily ordering process and challenges. Resolved issues with shipping, billing and international issues. Responsible for ensuring that weekend team completed all call stats based on call, email and fax volumes. This part-time job afforded me the ability to sharpen my customer relations, team and individual leadership skills; analytical, interpersonal and communication skills; advance my online ordering knowledge; work with a global customer base and attend team lead meetings where I contributed to brainstorming and resolution sessions. I also provided VP of Operations with weekly competitive news.

In this role, I worked with executive managers as administrative/finance assistant. Monthly responsibilities included assisting several managers with gathering financial data to building financial reports from across the segment. This role improved my time management, interpersonal and analytical skills. I also supported segment president's office as key support and back up. This responsibility demanded attention to details and knowledge of corporation's structure and key contacts.

As a finance assistant at I&M segment, this role included but not limited to assisting several senior executives with gathering, compiling budget financials for monthly operations, internal planning and year-end round up. This job allowed me to sharpen my advance excel spreadsheet skills, work across the segment and complete deadlines.

In this role I supported a team of construction managers who worked from start to finish on the Foley Square Federal Office Building in New York City, a 974000 square-foot 34-story office tower for the US Attorney's office the Environmental Protection Agency and the Internal Revenue Service. This role involved providing administrative support to the Project Leader, Architects, Estimators, Compliance Officers, Project Analyst, Clients meetings and off-site offices team. This was a demanding, fast-paced, deadline focused project. Overall, we were able to complete this GSA building project on time.
