A New York City native, with a degree in Psychology from SUNY Old Westbury, Joann the owner of Little Lash Boutique® began offering eyelash extensions, and other eyelash services in 2013. She has over 15 years of eyebrow service experience under her belt, and is triple certified in microblading, trained by Nadia Afanaseva of Eye Design New York, New York State licensed waxer, Suffolk County Certified Body Art Artist, ISPMU certified in hyaluron needle-less injections, and BB Glow, last but not least, trained by Kelley Baker, celebrity brow artist for the Kardashians.After nearly nine years of building Joann’s beauty empire, she became a certified Gold and Platinum trainer for The American Academy for Permanent Makeup, allowing her to certify students across the globe for permanent makeup. Joann has since founded The New York Institute for Permanent MakeupTM where aspiring entrepreneurs can make their dreams a lucrative reality.
