My background includes over 20 years of experience in various scientific regulated industries; pharmaceutical, animal drug testing, environmental sciences, food testing, as well as hemp and cannabis testing. I have had several roles that were comprised of Lab Operations Management, Quality Assurance Management, Senior Analyst, Senior Validator, and Chemical Hygiene/Safety Officer. Throughout my career I have acquired many skills that encompass management of daily operations and staff, hiring of personnel, implementation of various quality management systems, coordinating and conducting (regulatory, internal, and external) audits, and overseeing corrective action investigations. My strengths consist of a strong work ethic, good communication both verbally and written, problem solver, and an innate ability to learn new skills and regulations quickly.
