• Successfully amalgamated the Digital Media and ST Education Training Company with HQ, in collaboration with the business team • Established the HR process, procedures and system for a new company and existing companies in Thailand, Kazakhstan, France and Beijing • Participated in the design and implementation of the Integrated Learning Management System, which became a company product sold in the public market• Supported the business transformation of functional teams (including HR) to a functional shared services model• Played a pivotal role as an Auditor to prepare the company for the Singapore Quality Award (SQA) journey, resulting in the attainment of SQA with Special Commendation Award in 2009, and SQA 2003• Contributed to the achievement of the *National People Excellence Award 2002, Community SHARES Gold Award and National Defence Award for the company*The highest national accolade to recognise the organisation's innovative strategy in people development and investment.

• Led a team to obtain the People Developer Certification for STEE-T&S within a year of the merger between iTS and STSS • Contributed vastly to the company's attainment of Singapore Quality Award at HQ and Singapore Quality Class Award• Established a Simulation Systems improvement process • Conducted local & overseas audits* in countries within the Oceania region and SEA region*Audits include product, company, system, compliance and surveillance to ensure product quality.

• Led the *Company's Quality Management System to obtain an ISO 9001 Certification for ST Electronics and Engineering - Training & Simulation (STEE-T&S), during a merger between iTS and STSS • Managed overseas attachment programmes • Conducted an internal audit and a defence QA project audit overseas • Completed a defense project in partnership with an overseas company and implemented the system at the customer site with a positive margin*Company was previously known as ‘iTS Technologies’, a start-up, before the merger with STE-STSS. It is now known as ‘ST Electronics’.

• Assisted the Project Manager with planning, monitoring and executing an Air System project• Performed project documentation reviews such as project configuration management, ATP, design document and ILS• Supported the Project Team with establishing software development process• Built a Project Management Database to monitor project schedules and action items • Supported tender evaluations and qualification processes
