I am responsible for an award winning campaign within Jaywing.My role and duties include; - Managing a team of approx 35 people, and 4 Team Managers - Providing direction and leadership to ensure optimum results - Motivating the department, to ensure that core KPI`s and targets are met - Coaching and observing the Team Managers in their day to day roles - Working on key projects to drive performance - Focusing on continuous improvement - what can we do every month to be better??I lead by example and work hard to create an atmosphere where people want to be, want to share ideas and want to be the best that they can be.

I deal with live chat queries and website changes. I work two evenings a week. The role is extremely fast paced, with lots to do, manage and keep on top of, with customer service and experience being at the heart of what I do.
