• Responsible for management & tracking TPM implementation of serialization related activities to Mylan’s requirements & metrics System knowledge and sku configuration.• System knowledge and sku configuration• With the relevant departments, responsible for evaluating the list of sku's in scope for Serialisation.• Internal communication of timelines, program updates, requirements across all teams/areas involved in the serialization process.• Managing & tracking external third parties, to ensure that Milestones are met. A/W, Equipment Readiness and IT Onboarding Timelines.• Provide support for third parties by communicating Mylan serialization requirements• Cross-functional coordination of site serialisation requirements and impacted departments alignment of the process in general and as issues/problems arise.

Responsible for the Launches, Technical Transfers and Switches of molecules within Mylan Internal manufacturing and 3rd party networks. Ensuring successful coordination of all functions including collaboration with regional regulatory affairs and IP, quality assurance, supply chain management, Sourcing, commercial operations, manufacturing and other business functions involved to maximize economic output. (Finished Product and API)

Responsibility for managing all aspects of the supply chain process, including managing via SAP over 300 SKU’s for star brand products that are sold worldwide, including EMEA region, Mexico and Australia.-Work with Internal and third party manufacturing partners to deliver global projects on time and within budget-Managed the transfer of Predictor Packaging operation to China from Ireland on time and within budget-Managed Product Launch and phase in of many new products from both corporate innovation and products acquired from other companies by Omega Pharma.- Managed the re-branding and roll out of a star brand to Affiliates across 35 countries whilst coordinating regulatory, marketing, artworks and supplier's cross-functional team
