I am the Owner and Director of Recruiting at koda recruiting, LLC. I recruit for engineers of all focuses from land development to geotechnical to civil/site to water/wastewater to structural and everything in between.I am known as the sourcer's sourcer as I have proven to be able to fill even the toughest of searches.I provide only the most experienced and vetted candidates to my clients. I provide the upmost in customer service to both my candidates and my clients. I have also done contract work as well, most recently working with one of the most well known geotechnical engineering consulting firms in the US. I worked with every geographical area internal recruiter, and placed for all of them.I am a contingency recruiter, so you pay nothing unless you hire one of my candidates.
