Act as a liaison between the Senior Executive and others.Manage all aspects of Senior Executive daily agenda. Prepare and modify documents, correspondence reports, presentations and memos.Arrange all travel for team including air, rail, car service, hotel and conference registrations while working to ensure that economical options were taken advantage of relative to the departmental budget. Timely and accurate preparation and submission of T&E reports for each team member supported.
