- Manage a ‘small store’ refit programme. Including overall process, spec and design of stores, communication to stakeholders and ensuring overall project was delivered within Capex- Extensive travel around the UK, planning, briefing, and critiquing store branding and fixture/ kit - Assist in Mannequin process within the business, sourcing and design for new Concept UK projects- Coordinate adhoc works on an individual store basis- Support in fixture design- Manage the process of implementing new kit concepts, working closely with VM teams, briefing design agencies and visual suppliers in order to deliver the implementation across the estate- Distribute a rollout schedule, consisting of new stores and stores undertaking new Concept, UK and Internationally- Produce and issue all internal team communication and visual guides- Office support for a team of 9 Implementation managers
