I was responsible for leading, motivating and developing a team of 3 managers and 25 - 40 advisors in order to achieve profits and increasing sales. Setting and achieving daily/weekly sales targets. Implementing floor layouts to company guidelines and expectations. Consistently delivering great service in accordance with mystery shop criteria. Delivering due diligence and health & safety standards in the store to a high level.
