I currently work in the leisure membership team as a Business Support Officer. I have experience being a Team Leader and Receptionist at a Leisure Centre. My skills include serving customers face to face, but also via telephone or email. I have also gained team management skills, alongside various IT and finance organisational experience. I regard myself as being a good organiser, enthusiastic and a reliable, professional member of staff. I feel confident communicating with customers and have a friendly, welcoming manner.Through my work as a Fitness Instructor, I have gained presenting skills and confidence leading groups of people. I have an active interest in health and improving wellbeing and have recently completed Level 2 in Understanding Nutrition & Health.Owning and managing my shop business has given me experience with financial matters, stock control and analysing customer needs. My work in the customer service sector has made me more efficient and confident under pressure. My communication skills are excellent and I like to be organised in my work. I keep myself busy as part of a team, focusing on great customer service, using my creativity to contribute new ideas. I am always on time and very reliable.
