• Assists the Trust Administrators with their daily transactions including overdraft reports, monthly fees, monthly common trust funds, discretionary requests and annual reviews.• Responsible for disbursement of funds from trust accounts, according to the terms and conditions of the contract and the beneficiaries demands. Disbursing on-demand checks, ACH transfer, Wire transfer requests and bill payment.• Provides proactive client service and addresses client inquiry in a timely manner.• Interacts frequently with clients, internal department and or external resources to research and resolve complex operational issues related to moderately complex to highly complex accounts.• Assists in profiling and may identify client retention issues as well as potential new business opportunities across Wealth Management Group.• Prepares preliminary client correspondence and customized client presentation materials to support sales and marketing efforts.• Provides extensive support to Trust Administrators during tax season.• Provides administrative support such as phone coverage, ordering supplies, calendar maintenance and travel planning.
