I am a highly experienced and dedicated CSD Change Manager with several years experience within the Financial Service Industry. The role requires that I continually adapt to change whilst managing risk and driving forward quality and efficiency standards throughout the business. Working in a regulated environment I use strong communication skills to influence all levels of management across the Business providing effective advice on the management of change and implementing the appropriate changes through the effective use of people resources.I am also a Wellbeing Champion, a Menopause Advocate, I support Vulnerable Customers, I am part of the Diversity & Inclusion Group and support the Carers Network - all of which I am passionate about and would like to use these skills in all future roles.
