They know that I follow up and track their orders. I offer suggestions and try and anticipate theirs needs before they know them. I am extremely detail oriented and my customers appreciate that fact.

My current customer base consists of at least 5 keys accounts. I am support for 4 sales people while assisting 3 additional sale people. I order paper for direct shipments to key accounts. Process warehouses orders, source needs for specific projects and get bids and quotes as needed. I track direct shipments and resolve payment issues with both customers and suppliers. I am the main point of communication with my key customers and have built strong relationships with them. I also make suggestions for products that be best for their projects. I quote and source those products for them.

Purchasing Agent for Von Hoffman Graphics I purchased web paper for three printing plants - Sourcing various papers for multiple projects, finding the right product for the right project at the right price. Maintained purchase orders, negotiated pricing and contracts through various vendors in the US. I was responsible for purchasing millions of dollars of web paper. Process claims and credits. Track and trace shipments and coordinated deliveries with the plants.

Outside Specification Sale Representative for Zellerbach Paper - responsible for over $1,000,000 in specified paper sales. Planning company events, maintaining sample department and company mailings. Developed and maintain relationships with corporate end users, designers and printing sales reps.
