I am a proactive and well organised Virtual EA focusing my time on helping busy professionals by managing their admin, diary, personal affairs and a whole lot more! I love taking clients from having feelings of overwhelm to feeling in control, less stressed and organised. I have over 20 years of PA experience. Most of that time was spent as a Legal PA working in some of London’s best known law firms supporting Partner’s and their teams with billing, diaries, travel, marketing and document production. Due to the success of my Virtual PA business, I founded Executive Assistant Consulting in mid-2020. Executive Assistant Consulting offers the same high-quality EA support that I have always offered individually, the only difference is there are now more of us in the team able to support more clients on a regular basis with all of their business and personal admin needs.I loved my career as a PA as I love helping people, love giving advice and being a sounding board for people’s ideas. However, when I had my children I was so torn between working full time and being at home with my children. It was then I founded my first business as a Virtual PA – it seemed the best of both worlds to me; I could still have a successful career and still be at home for my children. I saw a gap in the market where various professionals were trying to juggle their work and all the admin associated with it, or small companies needing some PA support but not wanting to have a full time employee.I now feel so grateful that I took the leap of faith to start my own business and that I am now able to run that business very successfully from home around my family, supporting many high calibre clients. I get a real kick out of completing my to do lists and knowing that my clients can get on with their daily fee earning work knowing that all the admin that goes alongside their practice is under control and that their personal affairs are being kept in good shape.Get in touch today to see how we can help assist you and your business. If you are a former legal PA looking to work for yourself from home in a PA/EA role, please get in touch to see if we have any vacancies.

I also assisted with marketing for the Partner and her team which included organising and managing in-house client events as well as external lunches and dinner. I would also attend the events to greet guests, hand out name badges and ensure the smooth running of the event on the night. I assisted with gathering information and preparing draft Legal 500 and Chambers reports for the marketing department and would spend time putting together PowerPoint presentations for client pitches. I was a proactive PA ensuring I was one step ahead at all times by being organised and liaising with clients and internal members of the team to ensure the Partner had everything she needed when she needed it. I ensured I knew all of the in-house policies to speed up tasks like signing off expenses and adding 3rd party expenses to client bills. I was the “gate-keeper” to the Partner’s diary, phone and office ensuring I protected her time. Show less -

This included overseeing the holiday rota and sick cover, running secretarial team meetings, planning and organising room moves, showing new trainees, summer students and new admin staff round the floor and introducing them to the team as well as organising team drinks and socials. I also attended regular HR meetings to discuss what was happening “behind the scenes” and talk over any issues. I loved working at Bird & Bird, it was one of my favourite law firms to work for. However, I left due to furthering my career with this Partner when she left to work for an American Law firm. Show less -
