Assist Property Manager with all aspects of tenant relations, including service requests, lobby events, and anniversaries. Perform property inspections and initiate work orders/requests to correct deficiencies. Maintain lease and property files, as well as track and file all insurance requirements for vendors and tenants. Assist with tenant improvement projects. Property Accountant responsibilities include assisting with monthly management reports, creating monthly tenant billing charges and distribution of tenant invoicing, distribution of rent statements and collection of rent and parking income. Review lockbox account daily and process tenant deposits

Provide project development services between client and Corporate Real Estate. Meet with clients, analyze their requests, maintaining corporate standards and manage customer expectations throughout the project process. Provide small project management, move management services, and project support. Engage vendors; prepare project setups, closeouts, and budget revisions. Review, code, and process project invoices. Tour facilities to identify necessary alterations and repairs. Coordinate building, security, and loading dock access with building landlord for move-ins and move-outs
