Intrigued by the fast-passed and ever-changing nature of the forwarding and logistics industry this seemed like the perfect career for me. I decided to give it a go and I have never looked back!In 2007, with no experience, I was extremely grateful and very fortunate to be given the opportunity to work for a long-standing forwarding company. Offering Global Freight, Warehousing and Road Haulage all under one roof, this gave me a real insight into the different aspects and how they integrate with each otherI worked hard learning from my superiors and working towards a qualification in International Freight Management. I gained as much experience as possible to achieve my goal of progressing within the industry. In 2015 I became the Freight Manager overseeing both the Deep Sea and European Road Freight DepartmentsAfter almost 20 years in the industry I still feel just as excited and enthusiastic about my work as I did at the start of my career. I am exceptionally proud of what I have achieved so far and very excited for the futureIn 2018 I made the difficult decision to leave the company that had provided me with the foundation on which to build my career and start a new Freight Forwarding Company, Grace Global Forwarding LimitedGrace Global Forwarding has been built on my own values.
