Responsible for enhancement of project center resource skills enabling them to engage in billable roles by meeting customer skill requirements and minimizing time on the bench. The responsibility includes career planning, training plans and skill initiatives designed to meet the current & future technical needs of Eagle Creek. This consists of all aspects of resource initiatives including their development, monitoring and facilitation for all project center team members. Manage all project center resources that are assigned to a Shadow or Bench role overseeing skills & practical experience enhancement.

Taught Personal Finance, Accounting I, Introduction to Business, Computer Applications I & II classes. Wrote grants and received funding to implement South Dakota Department of Education initiatives. Worked closely with guidance staff to implement these initiatives including; broadening career exploration and experiential learning opportunities for students, developing and coordinating a teacher as advisors' program and events to engage parents. Also wrote and received funding from the Rural Healthcare Workforce Initiative to increase opportunities for students interested in the health care field. Presented our program of work at school in-services and statewide conferences.

Provided training and assistance to staff and students with software & technology and assisted with computer network management. Taught Computer Applications, Web Publishing, Journalism, Grades 5 – 8 computer classes, & Accounting I.

Assisted in the evaluation of the South Dakota Alliance for Distance Education (SDADE) project. Conducted school site visits and completed written reports on observations of distance education and instructional technology activities compiled in a report for the state of South Dakota.

Taught Accounting I & II, Business Law, Introduction to Business, Keyboarding, Computer Applications, Advanced Computer Applications, Desktop Publishing, and Web Publishing. Advised yearbook and FBLA student organization. Served on Technology, School-to- Work, Building Council and Technology Planning. Co-chaired Madison High School’s North Central Accreditation program. Participated in the US West Widening Our World (WOW) 1998 project and DIAL Technology Integration Project (TIP) 2000.

Responsible for 10 station networked lab. Taught Computer Applications and computer/ten-key skills.

Greeted customers, answered phones, typed correspondence, loan documentation and financial forms. Cross-trained in teller and customer service positions.

Worked in a variety of positions including receptionist, personal secretary and legislative secretary.
