To date, my work as a parent coach has involved both meeting directly with parents and hosting group support calls. In addition, I have experience working in the field of family support for a fostering organisation providing guidance, support and therapeutic parenting training to parents of looked after children.I have provided coaching on everyday parenting dilemmas such as screen time issues, bedtime struggles, school refusal and sibling rivalry as well as supported parents whose children have experienced trauma and mental health issues such as anxiety. I have specific experience supporting step parents in blended families and in separation situations. I can provide coaching to co-parents together or separately if helpful.I provide a nurturing, trauma informed approach to my work with full appreciation for your need to be heard and given a safe space. I believe that you are already doing the best you can and that you are and always will be the best bet for your child. My coaching will focus on helping you root into your intuition, find your answers, connect deeply with your children and uncover even better ways of being with your family and yourself.Your mindset and your co-parenting relationship will be a focus of any work we do. I will work with you to help you identify and enquire into any self-limiting beliefs or stressful thoughts you may be having about yourself, your children or any member of your extended family. You will see benefits from being more aware of your thoughts and the impact they are having on you and your perspective.
