Joanne is a seasoned marketer with 20+ years of experience spanning from Strategy, CRM, Content and Partnerships in a wide range of industries including Technology, Property and Arts. With a track record in growing accounts and winning new business from her previous role as Agency Owner, she currently serves as the Client Services Director for Ridley Scott Creative Group, overseeing key relationships in Asia.Prior to joining RSCG, Joanne ran a marketing boutique based in Hong Kong focused on creating content that builds brand empathy towards stakeholders in large corporations. With an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management, BSc in Computing Science from Queen’s University, a Diploma in Graphic Design from Emily Carr and formerly trained as a Classical Pianist, Joanne is a curious, but shy individual who strives to have a balanced point of view. She respects all forms of culture and individuals.Outside of work, Joanne enjoys spending time with her mini dachshund rescue; taking arduous long hikes; baking (and eating) all things bread; listening to real crime podcasts and binge-watching on all five (and counting) streaming platforms.
