Liaised with boards to evaluate the financial viability of the distribution schemes under local management; Ensured board members had confidence in the financial data and financial model used to evaluate financial viability and the resulting outcomes. Prepared the financial input into the business proposal for submission to Government.

Supported the management of Bushkids with strategic development by:• Liaising with Council and management to facilitate the development of the Strategic Plan 2015-2018;• Created a Council Charter setting out the role, composition and responsibilities of the Council;• Liaised with staff on appropriate KPIs for reporting purposes and provided analysis around a potential remuneration structure by comparing various relevant awards in the context of strategic objectives.

Managed a small Analytics and Business Intelligence team tasked with improving the quality of the spend data extracted from various financial systems; Developed a tool to assist procurement officers to incorporate broader notions of value into procurement decision-making (e.g. utilisation of long-term unemployed; disability, local businesses); Identified potential problems for which a market design approach could produce significant efficiency gains to enhance productivity.

Ensured that investment by Seqwater was both prudent and efficient by reviewing business cases for large, medium and small capital projects.

Reviewed business cases (40) to ensure that the scope was appropriate, costings were undertaken in an appropriate manner and that projects were both prudent and efficient from a regulatory perspective;Analysed the use of green energy within Seqwater and put forward recommendations to the board about how such costs would be treated by the regulator.

- Researched and successfully advocated for the abolition of restrictive housing covenants- Provided executive support for the development of a three year Strategic Plan, including environmental scanning for trends and health-sector reforms and identification of appropriate KPIs;- Reviewed social services based on a consultative approach with key stakeholders and authored a large report around Mental Health and Well-Being across all social services.

- Reviewed business valuation models for a large water utility- valued a large, integrated business in the United States for taxation purposes- industry analysis for M&A purposes- interpretation of AIFRS (AASB) and other legislation for determining valuation (eg. goodwill measurement, revenue recognition, intangible assets, regulatory drivers etc):
