The purpose of this role is to support the successful delivery of the Pounamu Pathway Project through the provision of project coordination and administration duties, as well as logistical and general coordination, and administrative support.Pounamu Pathway will drive visitation to the West Coast of the South Island of New Zealand with world class, unmissable attractions that will tell the region’s unique culture and heritage stories in a compelling way that invites further discovery. The experience will become an icon for sustainable tourism with strong economic benefits to the region and its people.The Pounamu Pathway will be a memorable combination of digital, virtual, and physical experiences that will captivate the imagination of every visitor, encouraging them to stay longer and do more on the West Coast.Key Responsibilities:• To provide project support to the CEO and Project Team• Prepare governance reports, business case papers, project status reports, presentations, agendas and minutes for project meetings• Assist in completing reporting and communications requirements to all stakeholders• Track and report on project tasks, milestones, and deliverables • Take an active part in the project risk/issue management process • Build and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of people, including project sponsors, stakeholders/customers, external agencies, and vendors• Organise logistics for project meetings including Community Meetings, Advisory Group, Team, and ad hoc meetings

The key objective for this role is to manage project development, strategies and lifecycles for brands and products into B2B and B2C channels across Australia and New Zealand.This requires listening to and understanding customer needs and requirements to then work with international and domestic stakeholders to bring these requirements to a reality. Each project requires price negotiations, compliance management, project tracking and risk assessment, media advertising, creation of presentations, and product packaging.Another large portion of my role is to manage and coordinate the schedules for international conferences which occur quarterly.
