I could go on and on with tales of being brought up constantly involved in some kind of craft project, during the same years of watching engineering movies every night after dinner at one point. I could explain wind shear before I had ever flown in a plane. This did raise me to be very comfortable in both worlds. Both were highly curious which I think is why everything interests me.Mom was the kind that could look around and pull ideas out of thin air. Dad was very methodical in his thinking. This has given me the ability to connect dots that others frequently cannot even see, and other times think in a flowchart (no really---I realized one day I was doing that.)“She is able to get you to understand and experience a different Point of View (POV) whether it be that of a customer or client, employees, management, leadership, members, boards, family—she is able to have you sit in their chair—or stand in their shoes.”My Philosophy: I will give you direct and honest feedback, but it will not feel like a boulder just hit you.I will be open to all ideas and listen to all points of view.I will always look for opportunities for my clients.I will clarify all communication when in doubt.I will carry through my commitments to you in the way that we agreed.I will strive to exceed what I agree to.I will facilitate true progress in everything I do, with everyone I work with.-Joanne
