As a Project Manager in the Global Assistance & Protection team (Physical Security) I was responsible for identifying process improvements and delivering projects to enhance the overall operations of our global team, Projects included leading the design, development and day to day management of our real estate and building risk assessment process supporting Accenture's property portfolio of 800+ buildings, transforming the delivery of training to reception and security staff, developing global metrics dashboard to provide real time leadership insight and trend analytics, and designing an automated request and incident management workflow sytem to process security access requests and manage security incidents. Additionally I was responsible for the day to day operations for a team of 120 personnel including data governance and information security, management of key tools, delivering training and creating and managing key documentation including standards and policies.
