With over 20 years’ experience as an EU, Competition and Regulatory lawyer, Joanne Finn is a partner at DAC Beachcroft Dublin. Joanne has extensive experience in EU and Irish law and particularly in competition, State aid, procurement and (specialist) litigation. She has sector experience in healthcare, construction, energy, telecommunications, agri-food, retail/consumer and aviation. Her activities include advising on merger control, State aid and investigations by and complaints to the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission and the European Commission. Other key activities include advising on regulatory aspects of transactions, specialist litigation and procurement law. Joanne has a particular interest in specialist litigation in the EU law sphere.Joanne is currently Vice President of the Irish Society of European Law and was its Chair from 2013 to 2015. She is the founder and the Chair of the sub-committee on the Procurement Law Forum. Joanne regularly lectures on various competition law, procurement and State aid.
