I am a Partner and Global Head of Employment & Pensions within the Legal Advisory division of DWF Law LLP. I am also Head of the DWF UK & ROI Employment Team, one of the largest Employment teams in the UK & ROI with more than 45 specialist lawyers, included a dedicated legal expenses insurance division. I have specialised in employment law since qualification. I undertake both contentious and non contentious work for clients, including a number of multi-site organisations across the UK, and represent clients in employment tribunals covering issues such as unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE and breach of contract. I also advise on all day to day employment law issues including sick pay, family friendly rights, executive termination and change management.I am cited in the Legal 500 Directory as ‘extremely client-focused and responsive’ and someone who ‘builds incredibly close relationships with her clients and works tirelessly to secure the best outcome’. I am recognised by my clients for my practical and commercial approach and my prompt, clear and straightforward advice. I have responsibility for co-ordinating employment law training for DWF LLP Advantage Training and regularly design and present practical and effective seminars and workshops for managers and directors across the UK on a wide range of employment related subjects.I regularly write blogs and opinion pieces on the employment law implications of topical news stories for various publications.I am a governor of a primary school and was previously Vice-Chair of Governors at a secondary school.
