I greeted customers warmly, guided them through the menu. I efficiently managed orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to the kitchen, and coordinated with the sushi chefs to maintain a smooth workflow.I handled multiple tables simultaneously, balancing tasks such as taking orders, serving food, and processing payments, all while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor. I was proactive in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, contributing to a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.

The morning cleaning would not take long, either focus on 1 or 2 shops in a day. I wiped dirt, dust of the whole boutique. My partner did vacuuming and mopping, nothing too hard. If I had to do cleaning of 2 shops, just need to manage my time well. Managers were polite and considerate which make things easier for employees.

Mainly I served food to customers , assisted them to make food ordering. We do take-away, when we receive order, we checked carefully to make sure we prepare the exact food that will not cause any trouble to the delivery person and us. Work and communicate with other staff to satisfy customers' requests, they will call the boss if they doubted. Boss is flexible in how we serve customers and work schedule, but he expected me to promote lunch bento. If I am doing well, I would be highly appreciated. We usually clear any doubts right away to make things easier next time.

This is my final year team project, it takes us about 2 months, a lot things to prepare, a personal profile on Pebble Pad, the team prepare project scope, project management plan to give a better control of it. We have asked many advices from the lecturer-what do the owner expected out of this, what does she already got for the customers, one important thing is she wanted to expand its customer bases. We spent a lot of time to get meaningful data and numbers from various sources. Every week we have interpersonal team meeting, record in agenda and minutes to make sure we are on a right track. Further discussion in social media group or on phone, exchange feedback and make changes among us. We came up with current statistics, target market, products and service, competitors and marketing strategies and put it on PebblePad.

My colleagues assisted me a lot, especially to deal with some difficult customers who talked aloud and tried on many shoes, but this kind of things just happened sometimes. Compared to full-time staff, they were under stress of sales target. We do have sales, such as how many % off of selected items. I learnt a lesson from packing the shoes, double-checked carefully, otherwise it could be a big problem.

To set up the store, I took out all the bread and cakes, turned on the light and fridge, priced tag, tray and tongs. Manager handled transactions promptly while I was packing the food aside. We started sales at 8 p.m., customers could get a box of cakes at a good price(half price of all bread). I did mopping, wiped food area, froze cakes, turned off the light, threw stale food when it was time to close the shop.
