    This is my final year team project, it takes us about 2 months, a lot things to prepare, a personal profile on Pebble Pad, the team prepare project scope, project management plan to give a better control of it. We spent a lot of time to get meaningful data and numbers from various sources. Every week we have interpersonal team meeting, record in agenda and minutes to make sure we are on a right track. Further discussion in social media group or on phone, exchange feedback and make changes among us. We came up with current statistics, target market, products and service, competitors and marketing strategies and put it on PebblePad.
