Retirement began January 1, 2016, leaving me more time to do what I love such as training horses and keeping them in tip-top condition, as well as managing all of the raw compost they create daily. Then there is herding cats, chasing cows, chicken roundups, and organic gardening. There's still time for hiking, fishing, skiing, scuba diving, and volunteer work as a level 1 firefighter. Some naysayers thought I'll be bored in retirement. I'm still trying to figure out how I ever had time for a day job!

Working with key customers and account Executives, my primary responsibility is the custom design, sale, and delivery of professional services engagements as part of Open Text's EIM (Enterprise Information Management) and SAP suite of products, as well as cloud and managed services.

In the role of Practice Director I led a team of geographically distributed consultants and project managers who are some of the best in the business. Primarily I was responsible for the delivery of Services and evaluated on the success, customer satisfaction, and profitability of the projects we delivered.
