Led the Alberta diabetes team of 2 specialist representatives and 7 primary care representatives to succeed in a challenging and competitive environment. Through vacancies I was able to bring in new talent and strengthen the primary care team and the culture. Led the team through multiple indication launches, many in the virtual world. Heavily involved, as the sales ABM lead, in digital ways of working and in the first omnichannel launch at AZ Canada (Forxiga).

Led a team of specialist representatives across Western Canada through a transition from psychiatry to diabetes. This position involved significant change management and allowed the opportunity to empower the sales representatives to drive business in a new therapeutic area with new customers, listing environments and through product launches. During this time, I won "LEGENDS" two years in a row for top specialist ABM across AstraZeneca in any therapeutic area.

Led a team of 8 psychiatry specialist reps across Western Canada. Gained experience in leading the team throughout product launches for Seroquel XR (indicated for schizophrenia, Bipolar Mania, Bipolar Depression and Major Depressive Disorder) and in a variety of listing environments. Worked collaboratively with marketing (central and regional), MSLs and government affairs. Supported team to gain hospital listings, even in areas with no provincial reimbursement.

Worked collaboratively with internal cross functional groups and external stakeholders to enhance health care delivery for patients with chronic disease. Gained expertise in healthcare environments (including payers) in four western provinces.
