Personal Assistant To Director
Current- Managing the Director's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Manages all HR related matters including recruitment, maintaining employee records, updating company policies and records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements; prepares itineraries; prepares, compiles and maintains travel expenses/records.
- Attend to personal matters for Director and family.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information and documents with discretion and professionalism.
- All other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
