I have accomplished the following: Elicited requirements, wrote functional specifications and reviewed test scripts for the Enrollment System (ES). ---- Developed enhancements that fulfilled complex VA business requirements and enabled ES users to easily access the standard data reference tables and provide more detailed information about a veteran’s date of death, ----Developed strong relationships with the Master Veteran Index (MVI) team.---- Successfully elicited and documented requirements without having access to the VA system during my initial time on the project.----Wrote a document that showed analysts, developers and testers how to use the Rational Collaborative Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes to track a user story.
