As an Executive Assistant at Save Mount Diablo, a nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving and restoring the natural resources of Mount Diablo, I provide high-quality administrative support and customer service to the executive director, board of directors, staff, and donors. I have been working in this role for over seven years, demonstrating my reliability, efficiency, and adaptability.Some of my key responsibilities and achievements include: preparing reports, maintaining the organizational calendar, acting as the point of contact for all communications, tracking community trends and activities, managing registration data, and coordinating events and fundraisers. I also leverage my community outreach skills to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, partners, and volunteers, and to promote the mission and vision of Save Mount Diablo. I am passionate about conservation and environmental education, and I enjoy working with a team that shares the same values and goals.
