Following a successful career in BT, from being one of the first female BT engineers to data analysis then running and delivering national transformation projects. I am now starting my next chapter and am currently working in the finance team at Myerscough College on a part time basis. I love working with data and delivering excellent customer service . I have a strong analytical and logical approach to problem-solving, as well as attention to detail and adaptability with a proven track record of data analysis, facilitating collaboration, and enabling change. With several years of experience as a transformation manager at BT Supply Chain, I have successfully delivered multiple national programmes, working within a transformation team. I have managed challenging stakeholders, ensuring customer service changes were seamless, with end goals and targets met.I have also coordinated multiple projects, working closely with various teams and stakeholders, using prioritisation and time management skills to meet deadlines. I have evaluated existing processes with continuous improvement focus to ensure customer services continued to be cost effective and operationally efficient. I have managed budget challenges of £1.5m, generating monthly profit and loss reporting, tracking outlook and forecast budgets, analysing and presenting financial data to ensure accurate reporting of spend.
