I manage 6 before and after school programs in two different towns. Grades range from K-8. I oversee 1 full time staff and 10 part time staff.

Responsible for the delivery of quality family preservation services to clients in the areas of casework, clinical and medical issues. Oversaw and ensured a timely assessment of all individual service plans for Family Support Child Care clients. Participated in the education, training and development of staff in regards to Family Support issues.

Represented the YMCA in a positive, professional manner. Responsible for coordinating the program aspects of camp. Ensure a safe, healthy and constructive environment for all participants involved with the program. Maintained healthy relationship with school staff, camp staff and families. Responsible for ensuring that all clients receive professional, safe care in a well maintained, secure and confidential environment. Also responsible for maintaining YMCA, OCCS (now EEC) and DYS experience, and interest while interacting, counseling and monitoring clients.
