-Day-to-day transactional management of end-to-end internal resource fulfilment for all accounts in Genpact Capital Markets (Headstrong)-Management of pipeline requirements including building programs that match forecasted demands such as training, shadowing resources and retooling -Conduct weekly resourcing meeting with delivery managers to ensure that both resource management and recruitment are aligned with the current resource demand -Maintain regular reports in line with demand and supply analysis and team metrics -Implement internal bench policy on project allocation, transfers, ageing and exits

Designs, delivers and publishes standard and ad hoc operational reports to executive and management team. Reports include revenue & resourcing forecast and project dashboardsCreate business analysis reports by comparing historical and actual trends and results Review and validate consistency of bench and revenue forecast against data extracted in Oracle Assemble the necessary predefined data sources to enable the production of monitoring reports on a timely basis as needed by management team Work closely with finance to correct variances in the forecast Documents reporting requirements and process as necessary to ensure all reporting details are in place Participate in process audit and improvement initiatives
