 Update the transactions on the Contingency Fund (CF) account1. Request from Accounting a detailed and updated balances on the CFas of the end of each quarter.2. Check the policy record of each insured with CF in the AutoLIS.Take note of the entries in the premium payments schedule, noteremarks, O.R. history and schedule of accounts.3. Apply the contribution and/or interest on CF to pay the premiumalready due but still remain unpaid after the grace period for each policy. Use our existing premium application template for this purpose. A memo detailing the summary of the premium application must be provided to Accounting for their Journal Voucher (JV) entries and a copy of the excel file of detailed premium application per policy must be provided to MIS for posting into the AutoLIS.4. Notify Policy Services if the CF balances are no longer sufficient to pay for the premiums due on the policy and/or riders.5. Monitor the withdrawals from the CF that will be requested by Policy Services from time to time. Update the quarter-end file provided by Accounting in 1.1. above for all withdrawals and refunded CF and/or interest on CF whenever they are released by Policy Services.6. Notify Policy Services of remaining CF balances that are supposed to have been refunded upon termination of the policy to which the CF is attached.7. Compute for the interest on CF earned for the year. Update the Policyholders’ Dividend Accumulations1. Compute for the accumulated dividends whenever requested byPolicy Services for release to the policyholders.2. Apply the accumulated dividends to pay the premiums due on parpolicies utilizing the self-liquidating dividend option.3. Compute for the additional paid-up insurance coverage on parpolicies utilizing the paid-up addition dividend option.4. Compute for the interest earned on policyholders’ dividends for theyear. Prepares the Illustration of Benefits of SSI packaged program.
