Joanne Pace is a former global Fortune 100 senior executive with significant financial and operating experience in complex regulated businesses. She is a qualified SEC audit committee financial expert and currently serves on public and private boards with audit (chair), compensation (chair), risk and compliance (chair) committee experience. Joanne also serves as an advisory board director in the financial and investment arena. Joanne held multiple senior roles including Chief Operating Officer of Morgan Stanley Investment Management responsible for strategic initiatives, technology and operations as well as managing the impact and aftermath of the 2008 financial crisis. Prior to that, she was Chief Operating Officer and Partner at FrontPoint Partners. As Global Head of Human Resources at Credit Suisse, Joanne led that firm's human capital initiatives and was a member of the firm's Executive Committee. Earlier in her career, Joanne was Morgan Stanley's Controller and Principal Accounting Officer during the promulgation of the Sarbanes Oxley financial and accounting oversight rules. She assumed this role after serving as Chief Financial Officer of the Oversight Committee for the financial industry's bailout of Long Term Capital Management during the 1998 financial crisis.
