Funded by the Broadcast Accessibility Fund, the CNC Program trains deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals to become certified evaluators of NER, which is the latest method of monitoring live caption accuracy in Canadian broadcasting. As the most senior certified evaluator in Canada, I prepared a course outline and training materials, implementing them through webinars and forum discussions. I also contributed to the overall development and actualization of the program, particularly by managing all the technical and accessibility issues.
