Initially, the system held data for 30 students and 18 months later the system managed data for 850 students including electronic and physical files.■ I travelled to India to help with marketing and promotional seminars for the college, whereby, I gained invaluable experience regarding international marketing and recruitment.■ Following ASIC inspection guidelines, I implemented an internal auditing system allowing the college to monitor each aspect and to be ready for an inspection at all times.■ The college passed a UK Border Agency inspection, whereby all of the systems I implemented were checked and approved. The systems proved to be an invaluable resource for the college.■ Marketing tasks included: development of marketing communications, collateral, campaign management, website maintenance and event management.■ Managed all HR requirements including; implementing a HR system, managing new procedures and completing the induction process for new employees. Cold calling and developing sales techniques took me out of my comfort zone and provided a steep learning curve, requiring self motivation, resilience and team work. ■ I worked and lived in San Diego before travelling across America on a camping trip, which was an unforgettable and valuable experience.■ I came back to the UK with a renewed outlook and a new set of skills including; adaptability, flexibility to change, problem solving, determination and patience to succeed.
