As a senior member of Western Power's Resourcing Team, I was accountable for providing strategic resourcing solutions for senior managers from Engineering and Design, Business Improvement and Performance, Stakeholder and Communications, Regulation and Investment Management and Commercial functions. I also took a lead role in project work that supports the Resourcing Team’s alignment to Western Power's overall strategic objectives and enables an enhanced customer and candidate experience.
