Calculated the profit and loss statement, with and without ancillary revenues.COMMUNITY USE AND ACCESS PROGRAM (CUAP)The Community Use and Access Program was created to allow community based groups to access the MTS Centre to promote their events in the development of sports, culture, and fundraising. EVENT SETTLEMENTS – MTS CENTRE, WINNIPEG STADIUM, INVESTORS GROUP FIELD, SHAW PARKInterpreted the contract for each event and present in financial terms.Created the Journal Entry after each event, reconcile the accounts, and ensure all entities were issued payment.Calculated the Profit & Loss statement for each event.

CONCERT/EVENT MERCHANDISE SETTLEMENTSCoordinated vendors and resources needed to sell merchandise for the events. Calculated sales, cash shortages and overages, and percentage due to Artist/Event representative. Prepared bank deposit, balanced the credit and debit card sales, created journal entry, and provided the vendors hours to the Payroll department.
