A UX/product designer with a background in engineering, business management, and graphic design. My diverse experience in three key disciplines (technical, business, and design) gives me a unique perspective as a truly end-to-end designer – one able to look beyond isolated processes across the entire product development journey. To me, finding design solutions is about balancing desirability, feasibility, and viability. My adventurous spirit and curious nature manifest as an eagerness to experiment, a flexibility to adapt, and a desire to continuously learn and grow. Having worked as part of a dynamic team, as well as operating solely with contract clients, I’ve learnt the power of listening and communicating a common vision at the individual, team, and product levels: a shared understanding is the secret ingredient. I love getting under the hood of problems and figuring out how best to connect the dots so that the system (human + technology) works in harmony – only then can I hope to make people’s lives simpler, more effective, and more fun.
