CurrentDrives the development and execution of synchronous education programs. This includes diligent stakeholder management, comprehensive budget oversight, and a commitment to the generation of high-quality recorded content.Collaborates with the marketing team to drive revenue through strategic campaign efforts and maintain primary responsibility for managing budgeted expenses, ensuring financial sustainability and growth.Provides thought leadership to cross-functional teams within RAPS, coordinating and strategizing departmental collaborations to optimize and harmonize education program offerings.Serves as the staff liaison to the RAPS Education Committee, managing the annual content development cycle, setting annual priorities, and ensuring up-to-date committee documentation. This includes translating learner needs into relevant topic ideas for webcast sponsors to share their expertise.Oversees the administration of executive-level education programs, such as the Executive Development Program at the Kellogg School of Management, ensuring a smooth and enriching learning experience for all participants.Establishes and uphold high-quality standards for all RAPS education offerings, implement standard operating procedures, and conduct regular analysis of customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.Team Management and Employee Development
