Joanne also spent 17 years at Digitas/Publicis Groupe where she was President of the NY and Atlanta region as well as Chief Operating Officer. Joanne oversaw the innovative, strategic and digital marketing programs that helped transform and build brand equity for Fortune 100 brands including American Express, Pitney Bowes, Comcast, and Delta. She tripled the number of clients, grew the region from 100 employees to over 600 employees and helped the region earn a host of awards, from 7 consecutive years as Best Places to Work in NY and Best Places to Work in Atlanta, to numerous creative and media awards including Cannes Grand Lions. Joanne also currently serves as an Independent Director for Designer Brands Inc. In her role as an Executive Talent Advisor, Joanne loves working with clients to understand their strategic focus and their senior talent needs and connecting with top talent in the industry to match candidates to opportunities.
