Coordinate all transactions with contracts within the Sports Marketing department,including individual players, professional leagues and colleges. Point person for AMS –Asset Management System. Function as the liaison between the internal legaldepartment and Sports Marketing representatives to track contracts through eachstage of development. Maintain an internal manual bill list thatinvolves invoice tracking, sending checks to A/P for processing and providing aweekly update to the Sports Marketing department. Process external vendorinvoices, working with both Sports Marketing representatives and A/P by securingmanager approvals and ensuring correct budget coding. Organize an internal AssetDepot Tool to provide an up-to-date list of contractual partners as a reference forthe entire company. My knowledge of SAP has expanded to include budgetreporting, researching vendor information and verifying payments for Sports Marketing.

Maintain and report on budgets on a monthly basis for 3 major partners of soccer sports marketing: promotional (dealing with clubs and colleges), MLS (professional teams and players), and U.S. Youth Soccer (organization and state associations). Coordinate forecasts and maintain inventory for soccer sports marketing department. Provide on-site and in-office support for various soccer events around the country. I was the "go to" person in soccer sports marketing for adidas. I was also the SAP order entry and tracking specialist.

Player contact for equipment and merchandise for MLS and Women National Team Players. Forecast and provide team gear, including: uniforms, training gear, footwear, accessories, and promotional items. Track and maintain budgets. Point person for Sales and Regional reps.

Dealt with advanced order specifics such as returns/exchanges. Addressed technical product product questions both via phone and Internet. Advised like-minded female sports enthusiasts on perfomance apparel and footwear.

Encompassing actions such as sales associate and customer service duties, inventory, receiving, and circulating merchandise into stock, ordering merchandise, price monitoring, tracking vendor shipments, and strong communication rapport with vendors. Reorganized the inventory system to streamline sales.
