General Manager, 2001-2008I was responsible for the general management and coordination of all center operations of Foothills Mall and Foothills Plaza in Maryville, Tennessee. I was also responsible for three additional strip centers in Knoxville, Tennessee. I insured that corporate objectives were met or exceeded for NOI growth and rent collection with results that consistently improved the profitability of the shopping center. I achieved these objectives through key supervision of operations, marketing, specialty leasing, property accounts, security, landscape, maintenance, housekeeping, tenant issues, public relations, budgeting, customer service and gift card sales, and the overall operation of the property.
