Challenges are opportunities for growth. I continually pursue stretch assignments and new initiatives to learn, develop, and grow in my knowledge, skills, and abilities. I look for areas that would benefit from process improvements and leverage technologies to enable those strategic changes. Learning new technologies and how companies best use them excites and energizes me. I understand the complexities involved in driving products to market and the support needed from colleagues and team members to ensure successful launches. With experience in the entire product lifecycle, I bring working knowledge of software operations, quality assurance, project management, and team leadership. My greatest accomplishments enabled operations and software engineering teams to effectively develop and support products. I designed a problem management process, revamped the existing change management process, and instituted an Agile, DevOps culture. These efforts all served to optimize product development. As a leader, I build, coach, mobilize, and empower teams to design, develop, implement, and support large-scale, complex distributed systems, products, and services. I thrive on engaging my teams, getting their buy-in, and fostering a sense of ownership among them.
