Current• Entertainment clients include actors, musicians, new media personalities, and below the line crew.• Interview entertainment and corporate clients to assess viability for immigration benefits.• Assemble proof of work, press, and contributions to the industry in order to build substantive case for immigration approval.• Negotiate, draft, and review production, talent, management, commercial, distribution, privacy, marketing, endorsement, licensing, and union contracts and agreements.• Work with production companies to develop legal protocols and work flow processes to expedite approvals.• Represent corporations and individuals in international and domestic entertainment, corporate, and immigration law.
